We will assess your worksite(s) to identify the training required (both company and regulatory required training), and then match the required training to specific job functions utilizing a matrix.  This training matrix that will essentially become your “training road map”.

As we partner with a company who provides training management software, we will tie the matrix, the training catalog, and the administration system together utilizing this software.  Once complete, employees will be able to manage their training by registering for courses and where available, will be able to complete training on-line.

The system will also allow managers and supervisors to assign training to employees as well as tracking employee training progress.

All training records will be managed electronically and comprehensively meaning there no longer will be the need for maintaining an endless array of hard-copy training records.
